New Eco Design Store in Starplaza

A while ago, Stardoll had a contest for designers to submit their eco-friendly drawings to be able to have them sold in a new Starplaza store. Well, it's finally out :) There are two floors.
Most of the dresses are very pretty in my opinion, but slightly expensive (there are a few items you can get in Starcoins, but most of the pretty dresses are in Stardollars.)

New floors in Wild Candy

Stardoll has added 2 new floors to Wild Candy.


The prices are very reasonable and range from 50 sc to 148 sc. Everything is in Starcoins and very affordable :) Plus, the clothes are fun and colorful. They even have a new, lilac-themed store interior. Here is the first floor.

Stardoll 'Free SS and Stardollars' Scams on Youtube

Take a look at this video. What's wrong with it?

1. For one thing, it says "For superstar only. It won't work for non-superstar" Hmm.. why does she ask for your screenname and pass only if you are Superstar? Curious much?

2. Why would there be a "Stardollars 4 Life" program? And why would it be possible to "get them free"? Stardoll needs money to keep the website running. They wouldn't have a free superstar/stardollars program just for doing nothing.

3. If this so-called program can make you a Superstar, why is it necessary to be SS in the first place?

4. I checked her page, and she is not Superstar anymore (if she was at all). Why wouldn't she top up again for free, if it did work?

It is possible, and quite easy, for people to "edit" the screenshot in a computer program. Most likely, that is what happened when it showed "Stardollars 4 Life Program." I know it can be tempting to want to think this is true (after all, who wouldn't want Stardollars for free?), but it most likely is just a scam to make people give over their SS account information.

Not all "free Superstar" videos are scams, though (I know of a few that actually work, but take a lot of time and effort to go through). But the ones that ask for your screenname and password, or your gift card code, are most likely scams.

I wrote this post to warn you about these videos on Youtube that promise free superstar on Stardoll, but are actually scams. Remember, never give out your password!

P.S. If you ever find a video that you think might work, but you're not sure about; make a new account that you don't really care about and send the account details to the person. You can see if they're telling the truth.
